• Lock screen SOS will function on all devices
• Voice commands will be recognized in all environments
• Emergency contacts will respond to alerts

2. No Liability

SafeBuddy and its developers shall not be held responsible for:

• Technical Failures: Network outages, device malfunctions, software bugs
• Service Dependencies: SMS delivery failures, internet connectivity issues, GPS inaccuracies
• Device Limitations: Battery depletion, hardware failures, operating system restrictions
• Environmental Factors: Poor cellular reception, GPS signal loss, extreme weather conditions
• Human Factors: User error, forgotten devices, disabled features

3. Emergency Services Notice
